Where to Begin?
Often, we find our minds "cluttered up" around too many things. We know what to do (many to-do lists), but a "central integrated theme" seems to be missing. High Energy comes in spurts and dissipates fast. What is missing? You could be stuck in one or more of the following:
Here are some recommended places:
- Pending work, Regular work, Administrative tidbits
- Some-day/May be lists
- Others' (sometimes huge, and "always" un-met) expectations
- "Safe" plans of action but uninspiring
- "Dream" action plan but not enough courage to move on those ideas
- Relationship problems
- Financial issues
- Health Problems
- Apathy
Here are some recommended places:
- For courage, start with Steve Pavlina's article The Courage To Live Consciously.
- If it is a financial discipline problem, go through Trent Hamm's blog The Simple Dollar (read his “financial biography” here).
- For clarity in "planning and execution", David Allen's book "Getting Things Done" is one the best places to start.
- For Emotional Intelligence, Scott Peck's "A Road Less Traveled" is brilliant.
- For health (and relationship) problems, read "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay.
- For simple productivity through Habits, see Leo Babauta's blog "Zen Habits".
- For spiritual clarity, Neale Donald Walsch's "Conversations with God" is very useful.
- For relationship with God, read "How to Know God" by Deepak Chopra.

What you REALLY wish is weird?
Is there something that you REALLY would like to do in life, but didn't go around doing "it" because of a reason?
Probably, you think "it" is weird, or, one or more of the following:
- Not practical
- Not possible
- What would others think
- It would be Stupid
- Dont Know How
- Dont Have Time
- Dont Have Cash
- I am not good enough
- I will do it when I retire
There are many ways to TRANSCEND these, or any mental barriers, you may have:
1. List things you would do if you knew success is guaranteed.
2. Consider that this is your last day on this earth (For a longer list, you may extend the period to one year. Just imagine that the doctor has told you would die in this period).
What ALL would you do?
It is REALLY WEIRD that you are NOT doing things YOU REALLY WOULD LIKE TO DO!
